Engine and heavy duty filtration media

          Our company is well known worldwide as the leader in filtration media. For over 12 years HOVOMEX Has produced cellulosic filtration media for both OEM (original equipment environment) and aftermarkets. HOVOMEX Cellulisic filter grades are composed of cellulosic, synthetic, and/or microfiber glass fibers. We also offer several alternative resin systems, which allow for the appropriate curing systems for our customers processing equipment.

STANDARD CURE PROCESING GUIDELINES (STD)

          Requires 10 minutes of heat at 150ºC (300ºF). Temperature and speed should be adjusted for optimum processing.

LOW ENERGY PROCESING GUIDELINES (LE)

          Requires less heat and time than standard. Paper is pre-cured during manufacture, 2-3 minutes of cure at 130ºC (280ºF). Standard cure temperatures will no hurt low energy paper.

NO CURE PROCESING GUIDELINES (NC)

          Requires no heat. To enhance pleat sharpness warm paper before pleater.
